Rock climbers all over the world know the Orpierre site.
Orpierre is a charming mediaeval village nestling at the foot of a big horseshoe, with cliff faces 750 to 1200m high. A major spot for over 20 years, the cliffs are part of the village's logo! Here the sun shines 300 days a year so you can climb from March to November in good weather.
Other sites in the area include Sigottier, Ventavon, Châteauneuf-de-Chabre, Agnielles, Saint Julien en Bochaine, La Jarjatte, Sisteron and La Roche des Arnauds.
